In my own words

This is my favorite Quentin Tarantino film because it was a very special one for him to make. Since Tarantino grew up during this time, he put his heart into recreating the world of 1960s Los Angeles with incredible attention to detail.
One of the things that makes this film stand out is its music—it truly enhances the experience, making you feel like you're driving around L.A. with the characters. I think I’ve already watched this movie five times because I love its cinematography and storytelling. I also appreciate how Tarantino incorporated real ’60s and ’70s TV shows while creating an fictional character, Rick Dalton, from scratch.
Another highlight is how he portrays two other key characters: Cliff Booth and Sharon Tate. Sharon Tate was a real actress who met a tragic fate, which is also depicted in the movie. Margot Robbie delivers an incredible performance as Tate, bringing her to life with grace and authenticity. The overall performances from the entire cast are outstanding. Tarantino also made history by bringing Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, and Al Pacino together in one film for the first time. And let me tell you, the scenes featuring all three of them are absolutely amazing!
Visually, the film is stunning. The cinematography is top-notch, and I loved the way old TV shows were recreated with DiCaprio’s character. The 8mm and 16mm black-and-white sequences from Bounty Law, a famous Western within the film, added an extra layer of nostalgia and authenticity. And of course, as you can see from that flamethrower scene, Tarantino’s signature over-the-top action is present. But I won’t spoil anything—this is a movie you need to experience for yourself!
I highly recommend this film to anyone who loves great storytelling, classic Hollywood, and filmmaking history. You can watch it on Netflix and Amazon Video.
