Story in a few words

An ex-Federale named Machete finds himself caught in a deadly web of lies and corruption after being hired for a mysterious job in Texas.

What starts as a simple assignment quickly spirals into chaos, pushing him to fight back against powerful enemies. Along the way, he teams up with unexpected allies to expose a dangerous conspiracy. Blending high-octane action, dark humor, and sharp political satire, Machete delivers a wild ride full of grit, guts, and grindhouse flair.

In my own words

I think Machete was the most funny and violent film I've ever watchted so far.
I really enjoyed watching it because it was the same style of filming and story tellings as the two Grindhouse films from Rodriguez and Tarantino. It was filmed the same as the two other films made from both.

I think I love Mexican spaghetti westerns now more than ever before because it has its own feeling and action style. Now even myself wants to do this kind of action film.
This film really shows the creativity of Robert Rodriguez and just how film making can be so cool.

The cast was really good especially Robert managing to get Robert De Niro into the film.
I just love how De Niro has the same facial expressions and hand gestures in all of his films.

Also the cinematography is really great and really gives you that Grindhouse style.
For those who don't know what Grindhouse is, it is a what i believe a old Theater which played those kind of films. And then Tarantino and Rodriguez made those feature films together and gave the Grindhouse style a new breath of fresh air. The films actually didn't perform bad at all.

The cast as i already mentioned is really good and the main role played by Danny Trejo was just perfectly fitting. He gave the viewer that feeling that he already was a badass back in the day.

For me overall the music and the story we're really good and enjoyable.
I think everyone can give this film a try and even maybe become a Mexican spaghetti western fan as me. What also gives this film a cool feeling is that it was filmed not digitally but whit film. I personally find this perfect for this kind of action film.
